About Us
The Gadget Luxury Company began in 2010 by franchising a Japanese technology-powered retail concept and combining it with friendly, creative customer service. A combination with turned out to be great at fostering a sense of community at our outlets, with entire families getting engaged in the act of creating their own designs and personalizing their accessories. The Founders of the company made sure our sales staff were skilled graphic artists, quick, helpful, fast and knowledgeable of Adobe Photoshop and sharing designs on social media.
After launching 2 outlets in Singapore in 2010, we expanded the brand to over 12 countries with franchisees, including India, Bangladesh, Bahrain, Kazakhstan, France, Germany and the United Kingdom.
At its height, the company managed over 1800 distinct SKUs of mobile phones and accessories and employed a staff of 75 people across the departments of Line Sales, Marketing, Sales Management and Merchandising.
After 5 years of successful trading, the company was liquidated in 2015 as per decision of the company partners and stakeholders matching all stringent government regulatory requirements in the countries we operated, handling all settlements with and cancellation of employee visas without disputes and successfully sold off assets and equipment of the company.
